Endless Surf to Power USA Surfing’s Official Training Center in New Utah Surf Park

SAN CLEMENTE, CA, June 16, 2026Endless Surf is proud to announce its partnership with USA Surfing and Kamaka Responsible Development that will establish a new wave pool training center in Utah, providing American surfers with access to world-class waves and year-round training opportunities ahead of the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games and beyond.

The surf park, powered by Endless Surf technology, will serve as the official training center for USA Surfing’s National Team when it opens in 2027, creating a new environment for athletes to train, develop, and prepare for international competition.

The announcement follows the 2026 USA Surfing Championships at Lower Trestles, where Kamaka served as title sponsor and Endless Surf as a primary sponsor, underscoring a broader commitment to the future of American surfing.

As surfing continues to grow, we’re seeing the emergence of a new layer of infrastructure that complements the ocean and strengthens athlete development pathways,” said Paul Chutter, President of Endless Surf. “Every major sport invests in environments that help athletes train and perform at the highest level. Surfing should be no different. We’re proud to work alongside USA Surfing and Kamaka Responsible Development to help create new opportunities for American surfers and support the continued evolution of our sport.”

Located in Utah, the upcoming surf park project represents a significant investment in the future of American surfing. Powered by Endless Surf technology, the facility will provide a dedicated environment where athletes can train, develop, and prepare for the world’s biggest stages.

According to USA Surfing coach and two-time US Open champion Brett Simpson, access to consistent, repeatable conditions can become a powerful complement to traditional ocean training.

Kamaka’s and Endless Surf’s commitment gives the next generation of U.S. surfers the ability to train on demand against conditions they’ll face in competition,” said Simpson. “That’s the kind of investment that changes the trajectory of the sport, making it an exciting tool for American surfers preparing to take on the world’s best.”

The announcement comes at a pivotal moment for USA Surfing, with the 2026 Championships marking the organization’s first as the newly certified National Governing Body for surfing in the United States. Alongside its commitment to the Championships, Kamaka Responsible Development views the project as a long-term investment in the future of the sport.

“This is more than a sponsorship; it’s a long-term commitment to the future of American surfing,” said Jackson Sheppard, President and Co-Founder of Kamaka Responsible Development. “This is a transformational moment for U.S. surfing. We’re proud to invest in the 2026 USA Surfing Championships, the athlete pipeline, and a state-of-the-art National Training Center that will shape the next generation of our country’s top surfers.”

For Endless Surf, the project reflects the continued evolution of surfing and the emergence of new environments that complement the ocean, strengthen athlete pathways, and create opportunities for future generations of surfers.
