Endless Surf Adds Top Talent to Deliver Growing Pipeline of Surf Park Projects

Endless Surf, the next-generation wave pool technology company, is strengthening its team with three strategic new hires to support its rapidly growing pipeline of surf park projects in development worldwide. As inland surf facilities continue to surge in popularity and scale, these appointments reflect Endless Surf’s commitment to delivering the most innovative surf technology and authentic surf experience on the market.

The new roles and team members include:

  • Bryan Behr – Director of Projects and Operations
  • Bill Adams – Senior Project Manager
  • Elise McCormack – Technology Lead

These additions build on the recent announcement of Cheyne Magnusson—surf industry veteran and experienced park operator—joining as Surf Design & Operations Manager, bringing his extensive knowledge in wave design.

Bryan Behr – Director of Projects and Operations

With more than 20 years of experience in environmental science, engineering, and real estate, Bryan Behr brings a unique blend of technical and operational expertise to Endless Surf. Over the past nine years, he has focused exclusively on surf park development, playing a pivotal role in the delivery of Kelly Slater’s Surf Ranch in Lemoore, CA and later leading global project execution and engineering efforts on projects like the Palm Springs Surf Club.

“Surf parks sit at the intersection of science, engineering, and community placemaking,” says Behr. “Endless Surf’s technology and team are uniquely positioned to shape this next chapter for the industry, and I’m proud to be part of it.”

Based in Southern California, Bryan has contributed to more than 30 large-scale surf venues around the world. At Endless Surf, he now oversees project delivery and operations where he will focus on further improving equipment, software, and processes to continue delivering our zero down time promise as seen at O2 SURFTOWN MUC since opening last summer.

Bill Adams – Senior Project Manager

With a background that spans elite military service and global attraction development, Bill Adams brings a rare combination of leadership, grit, and operational know-how to Endless Surf. A former Special Operations team leader, Bill led high-stakes missions for the U.S. military before transitioning into the world of experiential entertainment. As VP at iFLY Indoor Skydiving, he helped grow the brand to over 70 locations worldwide, overseeing everything from entitlements to construction and operations. Most recently, he co-founded Fireside Surf, a standing wave venue in Texas, deepening his hands-on experience in surf park development.

“Success comes down to teamwork, communication, and shared vision,” says Adams. “The Endless Surf crew has all three—and the technology to match. I’m stoked to be part of something this innovative.”

Splitting time between his home in Washington State, Vancouver, and project sites. Bill will draw on his decades of experience in complex, high-capex projects to train and manager WhiteWater’s expansive team of project managers and installation supervisor’s critical for the growing number of projects under construction around the world.

Elise McCormack – Technology Lead

Elise McCormack joins Endless Surf with a mechanical engineering degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and deep expertise in wave modeling and fluid dynamics. Her experience includes a four-year tenure as Technical Lead at Kelly Slater Wave Company, where she honed her skills in creating high-performance waves for both professional training and recreational surfing.

“I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of engineering and surfing,” says McCormack. “The Endless Surf team is pushing the boundaries of what surf technology can do, and I’m thrilled to contribute to creating waves that are not only versatile but as close to the ocean experience as possible.”

Based in Vancouver, Elise will help design and further improve our extended range of 8+ lagoon models and surf products for every type of development application. From surfing and kitesurfing to shaping fluid dynamics in the lab, she brings both passion and precision to the pursuit of delivering perfect waves.

Positioning for Growth

The addition of Behr, Adams, and McCormack comes as Endless Surf continues to expand its footprint globally with multiple new projects underway and a strong pipeline of surf parks in planning and construction.

The momentum behind our projects in development is unprecedented,” says Paul Chutter, President of Endless Surf. “For the last 45 years at WhiteWater, we’ve been supporting clients at over five thousand projects with the same dedication to quality and serviceability that we now have as a foundation at Endless Surf. These additions of Bill, Bryan, and Elise will further this reputation and help us deliver the best quality waves and operational results possible, adding incredible depth to our team’s expertise.”
