With over 20 years of construction and commercial experience spanning three continents, Rian excels in drafting mutually beneficial contracts for clients and employers alike. His extensive background includes successful project deliveries across diverse sectors. Beyond his professional expertise, Rian is a passionate surfer who honed his skills along the coastlines of South Africa.

With two decades spanning science, engineering, and real estate, Bryan has led large scale developments worldwide. With expansive surf park industry experience, he now drives Endless Surf’s projects and operations, advancing equipment, software, and processes.

A former U.S. Special Operations team leader turned global attractions executive, Bill helped scale iFLY to 70+ sites and co-founded Fireside Surf. At Endless Surf, he draws on decades of high-stakes leadership to guide project delivery worldwide.

With a 20+ years of experience building meaningful brands and working across a wide array of sectors, Una puts customer understanding at the center of her work. No stranger to working across international markets, Una is incredibly excited about continuing to grow Endless Surf as a leader in the world of surf parks.

Tanner drives Endless Surf’s marketing strategy and brand storytelling, leading everything from global park launches to industry events. With a background in marketing strategy, content creation, and communications, he bridges cutting-edge wave technology with the authentic voice of the surfing community.

Anthony holds 25+ years of experience in venue design and has worked with the world’s most recognizable brands on their most successful projects. As an experiential design guru, Anthony takes masterplans to the next level by providing a wide range of planning-oriented solutions.

One of the brightest young minds in our industry, Axel became passionate about making waves at a very young age, so he made an engineering career out of it. When he isn’t designing world-class waves, you can find him surfing them, probably at one of Western Europe’s premier breaks.

An MIT-trained mechanical engineer, Elise brings expertise in wave modeling and fluid dynamics. She now helps advance Endless Surf’s lagoon models and products, blending precision engineering with a lifelong passion for waves.

From the US Virgin Islands, Cody found his passion for surfing at an early age and has been chasing east coast surf ever since. With an Engineering degree from SDSU, he now resides in San Diego where he joins the satellite ES team in Southern California.

Hailing from the East Coast, Blake spent his family vacations on the North Shore of Hawaii. Here he explored the essence and quality of wave formation and energy. Searching for a scientific explanation, he went on to obtain a master’s degree in engineering at USC focusing on CFD. Now he combines his passion of surfing and love of science to bring waves to remote places.
